I can still see the twinkle in my brother’s eyes when we would go to the Clark house on winter break to find these sweet treats on the counter. Stacie makes all sorts of addictive Christmas treats during the holidays, from chocolate covered popcorn to the spicy Chex mix, and they are always gone within a week! Well, maybe less than a week when Alec and I would visit years ago. Our favorite treat, however, has always been these little rolo pretzel bites. Talk about addictive and they could not be more simple to make!
It is still so funny to think back to those days and see where we are today. I definitely lucked out in the In-Law department. Stacie, Scooter, and Brett too are without a doubt my family as much as they are Zac’s. Funny how things work out. 🙂
