Ingredients
For the cake
- 1 c flour
- 1 tsp. baking soda
- 1/4 c peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/3 c honey
- 1 c shredded carrots
- 1/4 c vegetable oil
For the frosting
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 1/2 c peanut butter
- sprinkle with small dog bones
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix together dry ingredients and set aside.
- In a seperate bowl mix together peanut butter and oil until smooth. Then add in carrots, honey, and egg.
- Once mixed well, slowly add in dry ingredients. Divide batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for about 20 minutes and let completley cool.
- For the frosting, beat together cream cheese and peanut butter, top the cupcakes generously. Sprinkle with dog bones.
